Hallo, Ik heb erge pijn achteraan mijn voet , aanhechting Achilles pees , ook een verdikking , kan met momenten moeilijk stappen en als ik s'morgens op sta nog erger , soms pijn steken door heel mijn voet , als ik op hogere hielen loopt gaat het beter maarvoor te werken is dat onmogelijk , kan u mij helpen ?

Het lijkt erop dat je te maken hebt met een probleem aan de aanhechting van je achillespees, mogelijk tendinitis of zelfs een peesontsteking. Lokale toepassing van warme sesamolie, waaraan een beetje gemberpoeder is toegevoegd, kan heilzaam zijn. Masseer voorzichtig het gebied rond de achillespees voor 10-15 minuten, voorkeur ’s avonds of voor het slapengaan. Dit kan helpen de doorbloeding te verbeteren en pijn te verminderen.

Daarnaast kan het volgen van een Vata-Kapha pacificerend dieet nuttig zijn. Dit houdt in dat je warme, voedende en licht verteerbare voedingsmiddelen consumeert zoals gekookte groenten, soepen, en kruidentheeën (zoals gember- of kamillethee).

Regelmaat in je slaap-waak ritme en het vermijden van stress is belangrijk. Naar ademhalingsoefeningen of Yoga Nidra kan je zoeken op platformen voor ontspanning, dit helpt om Vata dosha te balanceren.
