Seeking Non-Surgical Solutions for Golfer's Elbow and Hip Issues - #39192

I have a 2 part question. Can I fix golfers elbow, how do I fix my hips. I have no cartledge in my hips causing bone on nerve and bone when I walk. My right hip feels like it's going to pop out constantly I currently use crutches. But this has made me very wea.What can I do to fix this problem without surgery if possible. Thank you for your time and promptness
