I’ve been struggling with joint pain for the last few months, especially in my knees and wrists. I’m only 35, but the pain gets so bad that it even wakes me up at night sometimes. A friend suggested I try Ayurveda, and they mentioned something called Lad tablets. They said it might help, but I don’t know much about the Lad tablet uses and whether it’s the right choice for me. I started looking online for more information about Lad tablet uses, but everything I found seemed too general or didn’t explain enough. Are Lad tablets mainly for joint issues, or do they help with other conditions too? My pain sometimes feels worse when the weather is cold, and I wonder if that’s something the Lad tablet can address. Another thing I noticed is that I also feel really stiff in the morning.
