I am dealing with some chronic joint pain and honestly, it’s been really hard to manage. Last month, my doctor recommended this thing called rasnadi choornam. I did some research but I’m kinda confused on how to use it properly! 🤔 I’ve been taking the powder but not really sure if I’m doing it right. I mixed it with warm water like I read somewhere, but sometimes I feel like I should do more than that. Also, how often should I take it? Everyday? Or just when I'm in pain? And like, are there any specific things I should be avoiding while using rasnadi choornam? I’ve noticed some stomach discomfort after taking it... maybe it’s just me? My friend mentioned that I should be balancing it with other Ayurvedic herbs or something, but I don't know what all that means. Should I incorporate it into my diet, like mixing with ghee or using it in food? I really hope it works because the pain puts a damper on everything I wanna do! Would really love to hear how other people have used rasnadi choornam in their journey! 🙏
