Avoid sour, fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Cap Stresscom 1-0-1 Cap.Artilon 2-0-2 Massage on knee with sallaki liniment. Follow up after 4weeks.
