Hello Dr's my joints cracks light when one walks on dry twigs in the forest .Why is this and what can be done to stop it

Hearing your joints crack like dry twigs can be a bit concerning but usually, it’s quite harmless. In Ayurveda, joint sounds often relate to Vata dosha imbalances. Vata, the dosha associated with air and space, governs movement and dry qualities in the body. When Vata is aggravated, it can cause dryness in the joints leading to the sounds you describe.
