Seeking Relief for Painful Back and Leg Spasms - #43357

I am having painful back spasms. occassionally I have them in my legs as well. I am looking for an oil I can rub in to calm the spasm and help with pain.

For alleviating your back and leg spasms, consider using Mahanarayan Taila, a classical Ayurvedic oil known for its efficacy in treating musculoskeletal issues. This oil, rich in herbs like Ashwagandha and Bala, provides nourishment to the tissues and has an antispasmodic effect. Apply the oil to the affected areas by massaging gently in circular motions for about 10-15 minutes, ideally twice a day. Warm the oil slightly before application to enhance absorption and efficacy.
