I am trying to figure out if curd rice is good for weight loss. I've been super stressed lately, juggling work and family stuff, and I noticed I've packed on a few extra pounds. My friend suggested I try curd rice because she says it's healthy and filling, plus easy to make. I had it a couple of times this week, and honestly, it felt pretty light on my stomach, but now I'm wondering if it actually helps with weight loss. I usually struggle with dinner choices since evenings get hectic. Curd rice can be whipped up in no time, which is a plus. But are there any specific benefits of curd rice when it comes to weight loss? Like, does it really keep you feeling full longer, or am I just tricking myself? Sometimes, I think eating rice might not be the best idea for shedding pounds, even if combined with yogurt. My sister said carbs can be tricky, right? Also, what about portion sizes? How much curd rice should one eat to see any real benefits? I read somewhere that some foods can help with metabolism – is curd rice one of them?
