In most cases, it’s recommended to apply the leaves as a poultice or paste for about 15-30 minutes once daily, over a period of 2 to 3 weeks, then reassess your condition.

Aka leaf, known for its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties in Ayurveda, can be very effective if applied consistently. First, ensure the leaves are clean, and make a paste with warm water if needed. Apply it gently over the affected knee area.
