I am seriously curious about this thing called yograj guggulu. I started taking it a little while ago for my joint pain, which has been really annoying lately – like, feeling all stiff and sore, especially in the mornings when I get outta bed. I read somewhere that yograj guggulu can be really good for these issues. But honestly, I’m not sure if it’s working? Some days it feels better, but other days the pain comes right back. It's frustrating! And then, there's a bunch of info about yograj guggulu helping with other stuff like detoxifying or improving digestion too. Do I need to take it with something else to see better results? I've got this bottle of yograj guggulu from the local Ayurvedic store, but I’m a little confused about how long I should keep taking it. Like, is it a short-term fix or something you take over a longer period? Also, I’m kinda worried about side effects.
