I have taken treatment previously they give me but d3 b12 zinc calcium magnesium supplement and some pain keelrand muscle relaxant only What should I eat that can get me rid of my chronic complaints I'm vegetarian

Since you’re already on some western supplements, let’s talk Ayurveda—a whole different ball game. Your symptoms hint at possible Vata aggravation, which can cause joint pain, headaches, and anxiety—pretty fun, right? So let’s focus on balancing that to find some relief.

Diet-wise, warm, nourishing foods are key. Since you’re vegetarian, think about incorporating plenty of cooked veggies, grains, and legumes, ya know, good stuff like mung beans and red lentils. Sweet, sour, salty tastes help balance Vata—sweet potatoes, bananas, and avocados are helpful here. There’s room for creativity, for sure.

Lightly spiced dishes can be magical for digestion. Add spices like cumin, coriander, fennel, and turmeric as they help enhance Agni (digestive fire). And seriously, keep things oil-rich—consider cooking with sesame oil or ghee which are excellent for Vata .
