Sciatica pain, which you’re experiencing, is another sign of aggravated Vata. One method to soothe this is with warm oil massages using herbal oils like Mahanarayan oil or Ashwagandha bala oil, which may help to calm the nerves and relieve pain. Gently massage the affected areas for 10-15 minutes daily, preferably before taking a warm bath to support muscle relaxation.

As for difficulty in sitting in Vajrasana, consider practicing gentle stretching exercises that focus on the legs and lower back, which can enhance flexibility and reduce tension. Regular seated forward bends with bent knees or modified Uttanasana might also make a difference, just remember not to strain yourself. If these postures still cause discomfort, consider taking a break and approaching them gradually as your flexibility improves.

For addressing breathlessness during exercise, it’s essential to consider your lung capacity and overall cardiovascular health.
