Experiencing pain in fibula bone for last two months. The pain is after getting up from bed or standing up after sitting. I walk daily for about 1 hour and on an average stay in standing position for about one hour per day

This could be related to an imbalance in Vata dosha, as Vata governs movement and tends to cause pain and dryness when out of equilibrium.

One common approach in Ayurveda for treating bone pain involves balancing Vata dosha. You might consider incorporating warming and grounding activities and diet. Start your day with warm liquids, such as ginger tea or warm water with lemon. They can help soothe Vata. Favor warm, moist, and easily digestible foods like cooked grains, soups, and stews. Integrate an oil massage into your routine using sesame oil, which is known for its warming properties. Maintaining regularity in sleep and activity can also support Vata equilibrium. Try to create a calming evening routine, and prioritize going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. Practice relaxation techniques such as yoga or pranayama to further stabilize Vata.

From a dietary perspective, ensure adequate calcium and magnesium intake to support bone health. Foods rich in these minerals include leafy greens, nuts, and dairy. Also remain hydrated throughout the day since fluids are essential to keeping joints and tissues lubricated.
