Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Exercise in morning sunlight for atleast 15minutes daily. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Ashwagandha rishta 20ml twice after meal Tab Oxitard 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
