नमस्कार मेरे शरीर में एक अलग तरह का दर्द होता है जो एक चलता फिरता दर्द है मतलब कभी वह एक टांग ऊपरी हिस्से में कभी नीचे हो जाता है या कभी एक बाजू में कभी जॉइंट्स के पास होता है तो कभी नॉर्मल पूरी बाजू में कभी-कभी बैक के जो बाजू शोल्डर का जॉइंट है वहां पर तो कभी बैक में सीधा मतलब एक जगह पर नहीं होता इसका क्या हल है

इसके साथ ही, कुछ आयुर्वेदिक सुझाव भी इस समस्या में मददगार हो सकते हैं। सबसे पहले, अपना आहार वात को संतुलित करने वाला रखें। अपने भोजन में गुड़, उड़द की दाल, तिल, और हल्दी जैसी वात-कर्षक चीज़ें शामिल करें। ठंडी चीजों और सूखी या बासी चीजों से बजें।

दूसरा, अभ्यंग या तेल मालिश को अपने दैनिक जीवन का हिस्सा बनाएं। तिल के तेल या काप्सिका तेल का उपयोग कर हल्के हाथों से पूरे शरीर की मालिश करें, विशेषकर उन जगहों पर जहाँ दर्द महसूस होता है। यह वात के संचार को नियंत्रित करके दर्द में राहत ला सकता है।

अग्नि या पाचन अग्नि सुधारने हेतु त्रिफला या हिंगुआष्टक चूर्ण का सेवन भोजन के बाद करना फायदेमंद हो सकता है। इनसे पाचन तंत्र को समर्थन मिलता है और वात भी नियंत्रण में रहता है।

अंत में, ध्यान और प्राणायाम आपके मानसिक और शारीरिक संतुलन को विकसित कर सकते हैं। यह वात दोष को कम करने की एक प्राकृतिक विधि है।
