My daughter has (Plagiocephaly)form her one sode of her back on right side and alsoform of her left ear..now she almost17..can her head be round from any process please I am too much worried of her

At 17 years old, the bones in the skull have mostly completed the growth and fusion process, making it less likely to significantly change the head shape from structural or cranial perspective through natural processes. In Ayurveda, emphasis is generally placed on prevention and early childhood interventions for conditions like plagiocephaly.

However, we can focus on enhancing overall health and promoting balance by understanding and managing her dosha constitution and general wellbeing. While it may not directly change her head shape, it can support her overall appearance and self-esteem.

To balance her doshas, let’s look at lifestyle and diet. If she has a Vata dosha predominance, encouraging regular routines with warm, grounding foods can be beneficial. This includes cooked grains like rice and oats, sweet fruits, root vegetables, and dairy. Incorporate more ghee and sesame oil in her meals, which can be calming for Vata. Avoid raw vegetables, but consume well-cooked meals.

Promote activities like yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), or regular but gentle exercises to enhance circulation and relieve tension. Regular head massages with warm oils like almond or bhringraj can also promote relaxation and relieve stress, which indirectly contributes to overall health and wellbeing.
