How can I strengthen my bones and improve my overall health? - #46445

I keep getting fractures my age is 24 I have had 2 fractures minor ones I want my bones to be stronger how much ever diet or excersise I do I am not able to lose weight I keep catching cold and get throat infection people tell I havegastric reflux problem.
