Managing Calf Muscle Pain After Walking - #47335

Im Harush, Age 72 , with normal body type ( Medium body build ) During last 15 days , I am having Calf muscle pain in both legs (almost exactly similar pattern) due to regular walking for about 6000 to 7000 steps. ( around 2 kms) . This was not there before . It got worse day by day . As per Doctor's advice , I started using Stockings only covering calf muscle part on both legs . I fee better after using stockings . It seems to be not reducing . How to deal with the situation . Using Ayurvedic treatment/ taila medicines .
