I am having joint pain and knee pain due to which I have difficulty in getting up in the morning and also while walking. The Ortho doctor has said that there is less grease in my knee and knee bones gap has reduced. I have bloating also. In what way Yogaraja Churnam help me.

From an Ayurvedic view,the knee pain joint stiffness difficulty in getting up in the morning reduced lubrication inside the knee and pain while walking along with bloating indicates a long standing imbalance of Vata affecting both the joints and digestion When digestive strength weakens Vata becomes aggravated and starts drying the tissues especially the joints leading to reduced cushioning stiffness pain and reduced joint space which is what has been explained to you as less grease in the knee

Yogaraja Churna is a classical formulation mentioned in traditional Ayurvedic texts and its uses is much broader than only joint pain It has been traditionally used in conditions like piles fistula chronic wounds anorexia bloating Vata gulma dyspepsia asthma cough rheumatoid arthritis jaundice blood related disorders and anaemia This shows that the formulation works deeply on correcting digestion circulation and Vata movement rather than acting only on one symptom

In joint and knee pain Yogaraja Churna helps by first correcting the digestive imbalance reducing gas bloating and toxin accumulation When digestion improves nourishment to the joints improves naturally and dryness reduces This helps in relieving stiffness pain and morning difficulty It is especially useful when joint pain is associated with bloating heaviness poor appetite or irregular digestion as in your case

Its action on chronic inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis also explains its usefulness in reducing pain swelling and restricted movement over time It supports tissue healing improves circulation and helps Vata move in a balanced way which is essential for long term joint health

The medicine should be taken as 2 gms twice daily with honey or warm water Regular use along with warm easily digestible food adequate hydration . oil massage to the knees and avoid cold dry and gas forming foods will give better results Since the condition is chronic improvement will be gradual and sustained focusing on reducing further degeneration improving mobility and restoring daily comfort rather than giving temporary pain relief

Hello, Yes…you can take yoga churna will help in the dose of 1 gram to 3 grams two times day. But as you are mentioning there is less grease in your knee the following will be more beneficial- 1. Zeotne plus soft gel capsules(avn) 2----0----2 after breakfast and after dinner with a cup of hot water for 120 days. 2. Tab. yogaraja Guggulu DS(avn) 1----0-----1 one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner with medicine no.3 for 90 days. 3. Rasnasapthakam kashayam 20ml—0—20ml by adding 80ml of boiled cooled water for 90 days. 4. Application of Murivenna 45 minutes before taking bath everyday to the knees

Lifestyle- Start practicing gentle knee exercises after learning from a physiotherapist.
