Pain in Left Wrist and Thumb with Limited Mobility - #47811

I am having pain in the left wrist and thumb and am unable to clasp things. At night while sleeping there is sharp stabbing like pain in the hand. Am unable to do simple things like tying my hair or holding a cup. Slight pain has started in the right thumb also. Dr.kindly advise
