I exercise every other day. Walk, swim & play paddleball on some days. I have osteoarthritis. I eat twice a day. But can only loose 2 to 4 lbs every so often.

Avoid oily spicy and processed foods and Sugar.
Regular exercise.
Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits.
Use boiled water for drinking.
