Gracias por compartir su problema entiendo el dolor y la rigidez que provoca la coxartrosis grado 3 en la pierna y la artritis en las manos especialmente cuando por las mañanas el movimiento es más difícil desde el punto de vista ayurvédico este cuadro se relaciona principalmente con un desequilibrio de vata dosha que causa sequedad desgaste articular dolor y rigidez

Para su caso el aceite más indicado es mahanarayana thailam ya que actúa profundamente en la cadera mejora la lubricación de la articulación reduce el dolor y ayuda a recuperar algo de movilidad también puede alternarse o combinarse con kshirabala thailam especialmente si hay mucha rigidez matutina sensación de debilidad o sequedad en las manos y la pierna

Aplique el thailam ligeramente tibio sobre la cadera afectada la pierna y las manos realizando un masaje suave durante quince a veinte minutos después aplique calor local con una compresa tibia esto debe hacerse una o dos veces al día de forma constante

Evite la exposición al frío mantenga las articulaciones abrigadas realice movimientos suaves diarios sin forzar y procure no permanecer mucho tiempo en la misma postura

Con el uso regular del thailam junto con cuidados en la alimentación y el estilo de vida la rigidez y el dolor suelen disminuir progresivamente si desea puedo orientarle también sobre apoyo con medicación interna ayurvédica y recomendaciones dietéticas adecuadas para su condición

Hola, Lamento mucho saber que padeces osteoartritis de cadera de grado 3, rigidez matutina y artritis en las manos. Suena muy doloroso y como si dificultara mucho la movilidad. Lo bueno es que el Ayurveda ofrece tratamientos muy útiles, tanto internos como externos, que pueden ralentizar el proceso y aliviar el dolor.

COMPRENSIÓN AYURVÉDICA

Básicamente, el Ayurveda considera tus problemas como Sandhigata Vata, lo que significa que el Vata está afectando tus articulaciones.

Esto provoca:

– Desgaste articular – Sequedad en las articulaciones – Rigidez matutina – Dolor al moverte – Falta de lubricación articular – Dado que tu cadera (Nitika Sandhi) está afectada, se trata de un problema de Vata crónico que se ha asentado profundamente.
