नमस्ते सर मेरा नाम सुनील सोनकर है मेरा उम्र 40साल है l मेरे कमर तथा पैरों में दर्द होता है जो स्थिर नहीं है कभी बाएं पैर में कभी दाएं पैर में कभी कभी पीठ फटने लगता है l दर्द जगह बदल बदल कर होता है तथा पेट के बाएं तरफ गैस बहुत भरा रहता है जिससे भय बहुत लगता है। किसी काम में मन नहीं लगता है l एक आयुर्वेद डॉक्टर को दिखाया था उन्होंने मुझे 1- शंखपुष्पी+गोदन्ती+एक दवा और जिसका नाम मुझे याद नहीं है मिलाकर दिया 2-कोई रस औषधि (हरे रंग की छोटी टिकिया) सर इस दवा से मैं बिलकुल सही हो गया था पर डाक्टर का पर्चा मुझसे खो गया l सर वो हरे रंग की आयुर्वेदिक दवा कौन सी थी मेरा मदद कीजिए l

आयुर्वेदिक टिकिया (दवा) संभावित दवा: शंखपुष्पी + ब्राह्मी + अश्वगंधा मिश्रित गोली खुराक: 1–2 गोली सुबह और शाम दूध या पानी के साथ 2. पेट की गैस कम करने के लिए चाय: अजवाइन + सौंफ + थोड़ी हींग भोजन: हल्का, आसानी से पचने वाला (चावल, दाल, सब्जी) 3. कमर और पैर का दर्द कम करने के लिए हल्की स्ट्रेचिंग/योग (भुजंगासन) तेल की मालिश: मुनक्का तेल या नारियल तेल से पीठ और पेट 4. भय, डर और तनाव कम करने के लिए रोज 10 मिनट गहरी सांस लें जल्दी सोने की कोशिश करें

सुनील जी, आपकी हरी टिकिया वाली आयुर्वेदिक दवा most likely ब्राह्मी वटी (Brahmi Vati) थी। यह मानसिक तनाव, पेट की गैस और वात-दोष के लिए दी जाती है। आपके पहले इलाज (शंखपुष्पी + गोदन्ती + हरी टिकिया) के असर को देखकर यही सबसे संभावित है। सुझाव: ब्राह्मी वटी को उसी तरह लेने से फायदा मिलेगा, साथ में हल्की स्ट्रेचिंग और गुनगुना पानी भी मदद करेगा। -शंखपुष्पी वटी – सुबह और शाम 2 गोलियाँ गोदन्ती वटी – सुबह 2 गोलियाँ ब्राह्मी वटी (हरी टिकिया) – दिन में 2 बार, 2 गोलियाँ सभी गोलियाँ पानी के साथ लें। साथ में जीवनशैली सुझाव हर 30–40 मिनट में उठकर हल्की स्ट्रेचिंग करें। पेट की गैस के लिए गुनगुना पानी, अदरक या जीरा पानी लें। कमर और पैरों में हल्की तेल मालिश (तिल या नारियल) करें। मानसिक तनाव कम करने के लिए साँस की एक्सरसाइज या ध्यान करें।
