Neend bhi nahin aati hai.. Sciatica pain bhi 2 mahine pahle 2 din raha tha.. Calcium.. Vitamin d..vit 12...ki bhi kami hai.. Haath aur paair ki ungliyon mein gathia ke kaaran.. Haddi si bad gayi hai.. Best ayurvedic medicines bataiye pls 🙏

—Ye sab milkar body mein Vata dushti, nerve weakness aur metabolic imbalance ki taraf ishara karte hain. —Probable Dx: Vata-pradhan Aamvata + Nadi dushti —℞ 1)Kaishore Guggulu 2 tab BD, bhojan ke baad, Luke warm jal se. 2)Yograj Guggulu 2 tab BD, bhojan ke baad. 3)Ashwagandha Churna 1 tsp HS, garam doodh ke saath. 4)Triphala Churna 1 tsp HS, ushna jal se. — Bahya Chikitsa Mahanarayan Taila se sthanik abhyanga, daily raat ko + halka swedan. — Pathya Garam, halka bhojan; moong dal, lauki, tori.
