Hi, My mom has Rheumatoid arthritis and inflammation in her joints. She has also arthritis in her knee and she feels pain in her knee. Sometime she feels body ache and feverish but no temperature comes in thermometer. Any Ayurvedic medicine for it. She is 57 years old. She have fatty liver issue.as well and sometimes her uric acid also elevates.

your mother condition is showing chronic inflammatory arthritis with vata involvement along with mild pitta causing burning and feverish feeling and kapha leading to stiffness and knee pain you can start with yograj guggulu one tablet twice daily after food and maharasnadi kwath 15 ml with equal warm water twice daily after food for joint pain and stiffness apply mahanarayana taila locally on joints and do mild heat fomentation daily it will reduce pain and stiffness keep diet warm and light avoid cold food curd at night sour and heavy items as they increase joint inflammation with regular treatment her pain stiffness and inflammation will gradually reduce and she will feel more comfortable in daily activities
