for better digestion warm ginger water sipping whole day , at night take triphla powder with warm water to clear colon masaage with mahanarayan taila (oil) for 15-20 min then take warm bath use hot water bag take proper hydration and rest in afternoon yograj guggulu tablet once a day with warm milk or water

For recent back pain with stiffness, Ayurveda focuses on reducing Vata imbalance, relieving inflammation, and improving circulation and muscle flexibility. Since your pain worsens with movement and stiffness is present in the morning, gentle care and supportive routines are key. Start with Kashaya or herbal decoctions like Dashmool Kashayam 20–30 ml twice daily to reduce inflammation and strengthen lower back tissues. For external relief, apply Mahanarayan Tailam or warm sesame oil to the affected area and gently massage for 10–15 minutes, followed by a warm compress. Daily Abhyanga (oil massage) in the morning helps reduce stiffness. Include gentle stretching and yoga postures such as Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, and Supta Matsyendrasana to improve flexibility, but avoid overstraining. Maintain light, warm, and easily digestible meals to reduce digestive aggravation that can worsen Vata-related back pain. Stay hydrated and avoid prolonged sitting or sudden bending. With consistent care, pain and stiffness usually improve in 2–3 weeks. For persistent or severe pain, further evaluation is recommended to rule out structural issues.
