Do you have type 2 Diabetes mellitus? If yes, please share your HbA1C reading which is recent.
The following ayurveda medicines will help you to resolve the issue along with physiotherapy (and if you have uncontrolled type 2 DM, please do take care of that also):
1. Rasnairandadi kwatham 15ml-----0------15ml by adding 45 ml of boiled cooled water at 0600AM and at 0600PM For 90 days.
+
2. Tab.Yogaraja Guggulu vatika 2—0----2 with medicine no.1 For 90 days.
3. Prasaranyadi Kwath 15ml+45 ml of boiled cooled water on ehour after breakfats and one hour after dinner for 90 days.
4. Tab. RG Forte 2-----2----2 after each meal with a cup of boiled warm water  for 21 days.
