According to Ayurveda, your symptoms are mainly due to aggravated Vata dosha. This causes dryness, stiffness, joint pain, and heel pain (like Vatakantaka). Your low digestion (Agni) is also weak, leading to toxin buildup (Ama), which increases pain and fatigue. Treatment focuses on improving digestion, reducing Vata, and removing Ama through proper diet, warm therapies, oil massage, and gentle exercises. –Internal Medicines 1) Rumalaya Forte – 2 tabs BD after meals 2) Neo – 2 tabs BD after meals 3) Lukoskin – 2 tabs BD 4) Amlycure DS – 2 tsp bd before meals 5) tab trifla 1 at night ----External Treatment 5) Rumalaya Gel – local application bd -------Panchakarma under supervision Ishtika Swedana – daily/alternate day (local sudation for heel) Abhyanga (with Mahanarayan Taila) – followed by swedana Consider Matra Basti (if systemic Vata symptoms persist) for 7 days —Diet & Regimen Warm, light, easily digestible food Avoid cold, dry, and heavy foods Regular meals + lukewarm water Gentle stretching, avoid prolonged sitting –Follow-up Review after 21 days
