Use nirgundi oil for massage lightly on the knees. After massage nadi swed should be done. You can do it with hot water bag. Other tips and some more medications: Some regime you should follow ✔️Do’s:✔️ Eat freshly cooked food. Chew an inch of fresh ginger half an before meal. Eat only fruit vegetables. Limit dairy products (stop if possible) Include ragi millet, black eyed pea, rajgira, soya, tofu as vegetarian source of protein and egg as non vegetarian source. ❌Dont’s:❌ Sitting directly under a fan or right in front of the A.C Oily, spicy, processed food. Packed food products. Sour and fermented items. Bakery items. Fried food products. Potatoes. 💊Medication💊 Tab. Ampachak Vati. 2 tabs twice a day before food. Tab. Sinhanad Guggul 2 tabs twice a day before food. Cap. Palsinuron 2 caps twice a day before food. Cap. Arnopen 2 caps twice a day before food Syp. Dashmoolarishta 3 tsp twice a day before food with warm water. Castor Oil. 3 tsp at bed time with a cup of hot water.

Hello, Using Nirgundi seeds internally for knee repair is NOT the correct or safe primary method Nirgundi is mainly used -Externally for pain and swelling (oil/paste) -leaves are preferred, not seeds for regular internal use Seeds can be strong, heating, and irritating to digestion if taken improperly About your question (Internal use) -No standard safe daily dose for Nirgundi seeds alone Can cause -gastric irritation -excess heat -So don’t use seeds directly at home for internal use Knee issues (pain, degeneration)= vata disorder + joint lubrication loss +inflammation Treatment goals -reduce pain and inflammation -improve joint lubrication -strengthen cartilage and muscles -control vata Internal management 1) Yogaraj guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =helps joint pain, stiffness, degeneration 2) Maharasnadi kashaya= 15ml + 45ml warm water twice daily before meals =best for chronic knee pain, arthritis External therapy most effective -Sahacharadi taila= apply on knee daily + gentle massage follow with hot fomentation -Nirgundi oil if available= helps swelling and pain If you still want to use Nirgundi (safe way) -Use externally only -make paste of leaves -apply on knees -leave 20-30 min Avoid seed internal use Diet -warm food -ghee small amount -garlic, ginger Avoid -cold food -dry food -exces sour items Lifestyle -gentle walking -light knee exercise Avoid -sitting on flour -exces stair climbing Timeline -2-3 weeks= pain relief -6-8 weeks= better movement -3 months= joint strength improves Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Applying Nirgundi (Vitex negundo) seeds internally can be quite effective for knee pain and joint health due to its anti-inflammatory and “Vata-balancing” properties. ​How to Prepare Nirgundi Seeds for Internal Use ​To use the seeds internally for knee repair, the most common method is creating a fine powder (Churna). ​Cleaning: Ensure the seeds are dry and free of any dust or debris. ​ Grind the seeds into a very fine powder using a mortar and pestle or a dry grinder. ​ Sieve the powder to ensure a smooth consistency, removing any large woody bits. ​ Store the powder in an airtight glass container away from direct sunlight to preserve the volatile oils. ​Dosage and Frequency ​For general joint support and knee repair, the standard Ayurvedic recommendation for Nirgundi powder is: ​Quantity: 1 to 3 grams per dose (approximately 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon). ​2 times a day, typically after meals. ​It is most effective when taken with lukewarm water or mixed with a bit of honey. Warm water helps in better absorption and aligns with the Ushna (hot) potency of the herb. ​Nirgundi is naturally “hot” in nature. If you have high Pitta or suffer from acidity, it is best to take it with a little Ghee or after a full meal to protect the stomach lining. ​ Since you are looking for “knee repair,” combining this internal treatment with the external application of Nirgundi Oil (massaged in a circular motion around the patella) often yields faster results than internal consumption alone. ​Typically, herbal repairs for joints take 4 to 6 weeks of consistent use to show significant improvement in mobility and reduction in “cracking” sounds.
