I’ve been prescribed yograj guggulu for joint pain that I’ve been dealing with for a while, but I’m not sure about the exact yograj guggulu dosage I should follow. The pain started in my knees but now affects my lower back, especially in the mornings. I read that yograj guggulu is good for arthritis and other vata-related issues, but I don’t know if I’m taking it the right way. Right now, I’m taking two tablets of yograj guggulu twice a day after meals, but I don’t feel much improvement yet. Does yograj guggulu dosage need to be adjusted based on the severity of the pain? Or should I give it more time to work? Also, I’ve noticed some mild stomach discomfort after taking it, so I’m wondering if yograj guggulu dosage should be reduced or taken with something specific to avoid this issue. Is it better to take yograj guggulu with warm water, milk, or something else to improve its effectiveness? If anyone here has used yograj guggulu for joint pain, how did you decide the right yograj guggulu dosage? How long does it usually take to see results?
