One of the main symptoms of Pitta imbalance is acid reflux, hyperacidity, and ulcers. Some sources say that eating spicy, fried, and fermented foods makes Pitta worse. Does this mean that people with high Pitta should completely avoid hot and oily foods? I also read that excess Pitta can cause skin issues like acne, rashes, and redness.
