My doctor advised lifestyle changes, but I want to take a more natural approach before considering medication. I’ve heard that Ayurveda offers effective herbal solutions, so I’m looking for the best remedy for diabetes that actually works. Some people recommend herbs like Vijaysar, Jamun seeds, and Gurmar, but I’m confused about how to use them. Should they be taken as a powder, tablets, or mixed in water? Also, I’ve read that Ayurveda focuses on digestion and metabolism to control blood sugar—does this mean I need a Panchakarma detox before starting an Ayurvedic remedy for diabetes?
