Namasthe Devi, I understand the emotional and physical toll this situation can have. Can you share more about your menstrual cycle—whether it’s regular or irregular? Do you experience any pain, especially around your period or ovulation? Are there any specific lifestyle or dietary changes you’ve made to manage your conditions?

In Ayurveda, both Endometriosis and PCOS can be linked to an imbalance in Vata and Pitta doshas, leading to hormonal disturbances. I recommend using Shatavari to support reproductive health, along with Ashwagandha for stress reduction and balancing hormones. You may also try Triphala for detoxification and improving digestion, which is crucial for overall health. For your thyroid, Ashwagandha and Kanchanar Guggulu may help in balancing thyroid function. Along with these, a balanced diet rich in whole foods, managing stress through yoga or meditation, and ensuring good sleep can support your fertility. Consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatments.

Namasthe Devi, I understand you are facing a challenging journey with endometriosis, PCOS, and other fertility concerns. Let’s approach this with some Ayurvedic insights, which may help support your reproductive health. Please note that your conditions are complex, and while Ayurveda can offer supportive care, it’s important to also consult with your healthcare providers.

First, addressing the root imbalances can be beneficial. In Ayurveda, fertility issues like yours often involve an imbalance in the Vata dosha, potentially affecting your reproductive system. Lifestyle and dietary choices can significantly influence this balance.

Consider incorporating warm, nourishing foods to pacify Vata. Favor cooked meals, including whole grains like rice and oats, as well as vegetables like carrots, beetroots, and sweet potatoes. Ghee, in moderation, is particularly nourishing and supportive of reproductive health. Avoid cold foods, caffeine, and excessive raw foods, as they can aggravate Vata.

Herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari are renowned in Ayurveda for their reproductive and adaptogenic properties. Shatavari is particularly beneficial for women’s health, and Ashwagandha might help manage stress, which can impact fertility. Consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to determine the appropriate dosage and form.

A routine to reduce stress, like practicing yoga or meditation, can support hormonal balance. Pranayama (breath control) and gentle yoga asanas might help. For your husband, incorporating herbs like Mucuna (Kapikachu) or Gokshura can support sperm health. It’s advisable to have him consult an Ayurvedic specialist for personalized advice.

For thyroid concerns, limit goitrogenic foods such as soy and cruciferous vegetables unless cooked thoroughly. Coconut oil and iodine-rich foods like seaweed can be beneficial.

While Ayurveda offers supportive strategies, addressing such chronic conditions may take time. Continue consulting with both your Ayurvedic and conventional medical doctors to assess possible integrative approaches. If considering alternative fertility treatments, be mindful of their scientific backing and costs. Wishing you strength and balance on your path.
