Hi Jawad, Can you tell me if the pain is constant, or does it worsen with certain movements or positions? Do you also experience numbness or tingling in your leg or foot? Have you noticed any improvement or change in the pain with your current medication? In Ayurveda, sciatica is often linked to an imbalance in Vata dosha, especially in cases of nerve pain. To help, you can try warm oil massages with Mahanarayana oil or Bala Ashwagandha oil, which are great for soothing nerve pain and improving circulation. A treatment called Basti (medicated enema) could also help in reducing inflammation and pain, if accessible. You might also benefit from consuming anti-inflammatory foods like ginger, turmeric, and ghee. Incorporating regular yoga and stretching could aid in relieving pressure on the sciatic nerve. Since you're not from India, I’d recommend consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner locally for personalized treatments and access to proper herbs.
