Hey there, it seems like you're dealing with a few issues and it’s great that you're reaching out for help. With your BP at 130/100, keeping it in check is essential. Let’s get into some ayurvedic tips which are effective for many. First off, understanding that blood pressure is often linked with an imbalance in the Vata and Pitta doshas, we can address this through some lifestyle tweaks. You should try to incorporate more Pitta soothing foods into your diet — think cool, not spicy stuff. Cucumbers, salads, and juicy fruits like watermelon can help cool things down. Stay clear of stuff that heats you, like too much coffee or fried foods. Now, regulating your agni, or digestive fire, is crucial. Sip on some warm water throughout the day with a teaspoon of ajwain (carom seeds) boiled in it, this helps. Cumin tea is gentle on digestion too if you prefer. Simplicity is key. About the HbA1c, which shows your blood sugar control over the last few months, shows you're prediabetic. Staying active is vital. Try for a 30-minute walk, daily, this could also help with the burning in your feet. Gently massaging your feet with coconut or sesame oil might relieve some of that sensation you're feeling. Since you're not on any pills, it's worth keeping an eye on any sudden changes, especially with BP. But also know when to seek immediate care – if that BP spikes more, get it check by a doctor. Both mainsream and ayurvedic routes can work hand-in-hand when needed. Finally, it's always important to listen to your body. Stress, sometimes underpins high blood pressure, so practices like meditation or yoga might be beneficial. Remember consistency makes a difference. Try these out and see how you feel. Let me know your thoughts or questions!
