you must be having a history of having spicy diet. If since 3yr you are facing issues you will recover Firstly you change your diet style. *Start taking semi liguid diet, or good water intake. *Avoid diet you are noticing is causing pain while defication.( Spicy,oily, maida etc.) * Eat Green veggies,salad, etc. more Medication- 1.take triphala tab,or churna at night with gee or luke warm water. 2.aragwadharishta 10ml with water ifhard stools.
