ok so all this are vataja lakshana so we nned to reduce you agrivated vata dosha from your body so kindly i suggest you to get a PANKCHKARMA treatment immediately, and reduce the activities which aggrivates vat like day sleep excess activities etc ,

Consider using Dashamoolarishta an Ayurvedic formulation known for alleviating Vata disorders, though consulting an Ayurvedic doctor for precise dosage is recommended.
