No the combination of Methi, mustard seeds, curry leaves and pure coconut oil will not cause greying of hair in fact it may help prevent premature greying and reduce hairball Methi is rich in protein and nicotinic acid which help strengthen hair, reduces dandruff and hairfall Mustard oil contains omega 3 fatty acid and vitamin E - nourishes hair deeply curry leaves- antioxidants and Vit B - traditionally used for premature greying of hair and support melanin production in hair coconut oil- hydrating, anti-fungal no risk of greying advice - Do not overheat the oil because Burnt oil will loose all the. nutrients and can irritate the scalp store in glass jar and away from sunlight apply twice or thrice for best results also don't use chemical based shampoos and serum thank you

Understanding the impact of using methi (fenugreek), sarso tel (mustard oil), and curry leaves for hair is grounded in Ayurveda principles. Generally speaking, this combination should not lead to greying of hair. In fact, these ingredients are traditionally viewed in Ayurveda as beneficial for hair health, though individual reactions can vary. Methi is known in Ayurveda for its rejuvenative properties. It helps combat hair fall and supports a healthy scalp, thanks to its high content of protein and nicotinic acid. Mustard oil, a robust oil used primarily in northern India, is often utilized for its warming qualities. It’s believed to improve blood circulation in the scalp, potentially promoting hair growth. Curry leaves have a rich content of antioxidants and beta-carotene, which support hair pigmentation and may prevent premature greying. It seems like you've taken care to prepare your oil thoughtfully, which is commendable. Heating mustard oil with coconut oil helps manage its intense pungency, and adding methi and curry leaves infuses it with additional nutrients. However, applying any new preparation should always be approached cautiously. Consider doing a patch test on a small area of your scalp to observe any adverse reactions like itchiness or an allergy which are rather rare but important to catch early. In Ayurveda, hair health is also closely linked to your overall lifestyle, diet, and stress levels. Ensure you're maintaining balance with nourishing foods, rich in vitamins and minerals. Foods high in B vitamins, iron and omega-3 fatty acids are supportive for hair. It can also be a good idea to manage stress through practices like yoga or meditation, as stress is a underlying factor often mentioned when addressing hair issues. Lastly, if you notice persistent concerns such as increased hairfall or significant changes to hair color, you may want to consult with a professional Ayurvedic practitioner. They can provide a comprehensive evaluation of your condition, including your dosha balance, to offer more tailored insights and remedies.
