Aapke lakshan (symptoms) ko dekhkar lagta hai ki pitt dosha ke asurant balance hone ke karan yeh samasya ho rahi hai. Aankh ke niche stye aur right eye ke upar chalazion dono pitt aur kaf doshon ke doshgar mein aate hai. Iske ilava aapka sharrir bhi garm taseer ka hai, jiska asar eczema, sun mein face ki redness, aur timely bowel movements mein dikhta hai.

Sabse pehle, chaliye dekhte hain ki aap apne diet aur lifestyle mein kaise sudhaar la sakte hain. Pitt ko balance karne ke liye aapko cooling taseer wale food consume karne chahiye. Kokum sharbat, coconut water aur mint ka paani isme beneficial ho sakte hain.

Thandi taseer wale foods mein, kaddu (pumpkin), kheera (cucumber), aur kakdi (squash) add karen. Yeh sab food pitt ko moderate karne mein help karenge. Avoid kariye acidic aur spicy foods, jaise ki mirch, ghee se pakwaan, aur fermented foods, kyunki yeh aapki pitt ko aur zyada aggrovate kar sakte hain.

Routine mein day-to-day basis par kuch chizein jodna faydemand rahega. Daily pranayama aur meditation session, aapki dosha imbalances aur mind shanti ke liye bohot acha rahega. Aap Shitali pranayama, jo ki cooling’ pranayama mana gaya hai, usse start kar sakte hain.

Capture krne k liye aap neem aur turmeric capsule ko bhi upyog mein la sakte hain. Neem pacifies ‘pitta uspatti hota hai, aur turmeric apke sharir mein inflammation ko kum karne mein sahyogi hoti hai.

Aankh ke problem ke liye, ‘Triphala chooran’ ka istemal kare. Aap ise aakron ke paani mein mila ke aankhon ko dhoniye. Yeh effective home remedy hai stye aur chalazion dono ko relieve karne ke liye.

Even though aapka magnesium aur Vitamin B, Vitamin D3 borderline pe hai, inka balanced supplementation se upchaiye. Health professional consultation zaroori hai iske liye, kyunki inappropriate dosage ke waja se pitt imbalance aur trigger ho sakti hai.
