Myopia, yaani door ka saaf na dikhai dena, ek common samasya hai aur isse thik karna thoda samay aur samajh ki maang karta hai. Aadhunik dawaiyon aur Ayurved, dono ko mila kar kuch natural upaay hain jo aapke liye laabhdayak ho sakte hain.

Sabse pehle, apni aankhon ki acche se dekhbhal karein. Roz 15-20 minute ke liye aankhon ko relax karna zaroori hai. Pratyek ghante ke baad apni aankhon ko kuch der band karke aaram de.

Aankhon ke aas-paas acchi Raktavardhak aahar lena hai to pradushit khun se hone wale aankh ke rog se safed bacha rahe. Amla aur Triphala churn ka sevan bhi laabhdayak hota hai. Har raat ko sone se pahle ek chamach Triphala churn garam paani ya doodh ke saath lein.

Sir dard ke liye, Shirodhara ek accha Ayurvedic viklap ho sakta hai, lekin isse kisi Prashikshit Vaidya se karwayen. Madya se dur rahein - yeh pitt ko vikarit kar sakta hai jo sir dard badha sakta hai.
