I am really struggling with something and hope someone can help. So, I’ve been dealing with premature ejaculation for a while now, and honestly, it’s affecting my confidence and my relationship too. It started about six months ago after a stressful period at work, and I thought maybe it was just a phase, you know? But it keeps happening, and I can’t seem to figure out how to control premature ejaculation. I’ve tried to relax and focus on other things, but it doesn’t help much. Sometimes, I feel like the pressure makes things worse! I even looked into a few products that claim to help, but I’m really not into any of that synthetic stuff. I’m interested in understanding how to control premature ejaculation through more natural means, like Ayurvedic remedies or techniques. Are there specific herbs or practices that could help with this? I’m anxious about bringing this up with a professional, so any advice would be a lifesaver! Thanks in advance!

Incorporating ghee and olive oil can also be beneficial. Steer clear of overly spicy, acidic, or fried foods that increase Pitta and cause discomfort.

Ashwagandha and Shatavari are two valuable herbs in Ayurveda for male reproductive health. Ashwagandha is renowned for its adaptogenic properties, helping the body manage stress and increase vitality. Shatavari, on the other hand, nurtures the reproductive system and aids in enhancing stamina. These herbs might be available in powdered or capsule forms, and it’s generally advisable to take them with warm milk or water.
