Apke symptoms ko dekh kar lagta hai ke aapka vata dosha ke saath kuch imbalances hai jo PCOD aur tube blockage contribute kar sakte hain. Vata dosha thanda, rukha aur chalak hota hai, jo aniyamit periods aur hormonal imbalance ka kaaran bhi ho sakta hai. Aapke case mein siddha-ayurveda mein kuch upaye hain jo is sthiti ko sudharna mein madad kar sakte hain.

Sabse pehle, aap apne aahar ka dhyaan de. Garam, snigdha aur madhur taaseer wale aahar lein jaise ki doodh aur ghrit. Cold, dry aur processed foods avoid karein. Har din sesam oil (til ke tel) se abhyanga (tel maalish) ka vichar kar sakti hain, jo vata ko shaant karne mein madad karega.
