Don’t worry, 1.BALANCING DOSHAS Consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to determine your dominant dosha and tailor your diet accordingly. 2.INCLUDE OJAS BUILDING FOODS: These are considered vital for reproductive health and include foods like ghee, milk, Nuts. 3 Drink water or herbal teas throughout the day. Wake up early in the Brahma Muhurta (before sunrise), oral hygiene, drinking water, regular bowel movements, self-massage (Abhyanga), bathing, and meditation are recommended.
