Hello I completely understand your concern. Warts can be stubborn, especially when they have been present for a long time. But dont worry we are here to help you out😊

✅MY SUGGESTION

PLEASE CONSULT NEARBY AYURVEDIC SURGEON (Shalya tantra specialist)

Kshara Karma - application of medication over the warts help remove them

Painless advance wart remover - there is painless warts removal device you can consult and get it removed painlessly

If you are not willing for above treatment you can follow below line of treatment

✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

✅INTERNAL MEDICATION

1. Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food (Helps in dissolving abnormal growths and purifies lymphatic channels.)

2. Triphala Guggulu 1-0 -1 after food ( Helps to soften and dissolve the warts) .

✅EXTERNAL CARE (Pain-free and Safe)

1. Castor Oil + Camphor (Kapoor) Mix a pinch of camphor in 1 tsp castor oil. Apply directly on the wart twice daily. It slowly shrinks the wart without pain or scarring.

2. Apamarga Kshara Taila (Ayurvedic Alkaline Oil) Apply gently with earbud on the wart once daily. Helps to dry out and peel the wart layer by layer (avoid healthy skin).

3. Neem Oil or Neem Paste Neem acts as antiviral and antiseptic; apply daily for 10–15 min.

4. Vidanga Churna Paste Mix with lemon juice and apply locally for 5–10 minutes, then rinse. Use on alternate days for small warts.

✅HOME REMEDIES (for Mild Warts)

Apply raw papaya latex or banana peel inner side for 10 minutes daily.

Use apple cider vinegar (diluted 1:1 with water) dabbed lightly on wart and wash after 5–10 minutes.

Rub fresh garlic slice for few seconds, then apply castor oil — effective and natural antiviral.

✅LIFESTYLE AND DIET ADVICE

Avoid oily, fried, sugary, and processed foods that aggravate Kapha.

Increase intake of bitter vegetables (neem leaves, methi, turmeric).

Drink Neem or Guduchi (Giloy) tea daily for 21 days.

Keep the affected area dry and avoid scratching or cutting warts.

Practice Surya Namaskar, Kapalabhati, and Anuloma Viloma daily for detoxification and immune balance.

✅ To Prevent Recurrence

Strengthen immunity with Chyawanprash (1 tsp daily) or Amalaki Rasayana. Keep digestion strong — no leftover or cold food. Maintain clean and dry skin; avoid sharing towels or razors.

For painless wart removal and prevention of recurrence — combine Apamarga Kshara Taila (external) with Kanchanar Guggulu +Triphala guggulu and regular Neem detox. This holistic approach gives long-term results without stains or pain.

Wishing you a good health😊

Warm regards, Dr Snehal Vidhate

It is better to go for an electrocautery or agnikarma procedure. Salyatantra specialist in ayurveda will do this.

Try Indra taila ointment for external application for 1 month and follow up.

Take care, Dr. Shaniba

HELLO,

In Ayurveda, warts are called Charmakela, arising due to vitiation of vata and Kapha doshas leading to abnormal growths on the skin. Sometimes pitta involvement adds inflammation or dark discoloration

AYURVEDIC EXTERNAL REMEDIES

1) HERBAL PASTES Apply once or twice daily directly o warts until they fall off naturally -APAMARGA KSHARA= mild causitc, dissolves growths without leaving scars

-VATA-SNUHYADI LEPA= mix latex of snuhi with turmeric and apply locally

-TULSI + LIME JUICE= antimicrobial and painless, use twice daily

-CASTOR OIL + CAMPHOR = soften hard warts and reduces recurrence

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS Support dosha balance and prevent recurrence

-NEEM CASPULES= 1 cap in morning =powerful antiviral and antimicrobial

-AROGYAVARDHINI VATI= 1 tab twice daily =balances pitta kapha and improves liver detox

DURATION= 6-8 weeks for visible improvement and prevention

KSHARA KARMA= ADVANCED AYURVEDIC PROCEDURE If warts are large or persistent (> 1 year, as in your case) -KSHARA APPLICATION by an Ayurvedic physician is the most effective non-surgical painless option -The herbal alkaline paste (e.g apamarga kshara) is applied to the wart for few minutes, which causes it to shrink, dry, and fall off naturaly in 3-5 days -no bleeding, minimal pain, and rarely leaves scars

LIFESTYLE AND PREVENTION -maintain clean, dry, skin avoid scratching -boost immunuty= practice yoga, pranayam and include amla, turmeric, and Ashwagandha in diet -avoid sharing towels or razors -balance kapha and pitta = reduces oily, spicy, and heavy foods, increase fresh vegetables and bitter herbs

Removing warts painlessly and preventing them from recurring involves a combination of natural treatments and lifestyle adjustments. In Ayurveda warts are often associated with aggravated Kapha and Vata doshas, which can result from blocked channels in the body or imbalanced digestive fire (agni).

For an Ayurvedic topical application, you might consider using a paste made from crushed garlic. Garlic contains allicin, which is known to have antiviral properties. Clean the area around the wart and apply the paste directly on the wart, covering it with a small bandage. This can be done once daily until the wart disappears. Ensure to cleanse the area each time before applying a new layer, as hygiene is crucial.

Another option is to apply castor oil. It can soften and dissolve warts over time. Rub the oil into the wart gently for a few minutes twice a day. As this is a gradual process, it may take a few weeks to see visible results, but it is generally painless and does not leave scars.

To prevent warts from coming back, focus on strengthening your immune system and balancing your doshas. Include immune-boosting herbs such as Tulsi, Ashwagandha, and Neem in your diet or as supplements after consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner to ensure they suit your prakriti (constitution).

Dietary adjustments, like reducing mucus-forming foods such as dairy and refined sugars, can also help manage Kapha dosha. Include more light and easily digestible foods, spices like ginger, turmeric, and black pepper to improve your digestive fire and maintain overall health.

Warts are caused by human papillomavirus (HPV), so maintaining good personal hygiene and avoiding skin injuries can reduce your risk of recurrence. If the warts persist or cause discomfort, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional to discuss medical treatments. While Ayurveda offers supportive care, sometimes modern medical intervention may be necessary.
