اعاني من صفير الاذن اليمنى فقط بدت المشكله من ٣ سنوات تم عمل كل الفحوصات سليمه للاذن زين السمع التنظيف الالتهابات لاتوجد التمارين الخاصه يهدأثانيه ويرجع لدرجة اكون نايمه اقوم من صوت الصفير ص ت
