All these suggested clear pattern of vata kapha imbalance along with a height and allergic response in the nasal passages According to Ayurveda, when the eosinophill levels or high the body becomes more reactive to even mild dust exposure Nasal mucosa becomes over sensitive, meaning, even the slightest irritation triggers repeated sneezing This is why you feel better as the day progresses once the sun rises, body warm increases , kapha start melting, and channels open Ayurveda focuses on strengthening your upper respiratory immunity, reducing eosinophilic inflammation, and stabilising vata so the nose doesn’t overreact every morning

HELLO, I recommend the following treatment plan for you- Treatment - 1. Chyawanprash- 2 spoon daily before breakfast 2. Haridrakhand-1/2 tsf with milk at night 3. Sitopaladi churna-1 tsp with pure honey after lunch and dinner. Diet- . Avoid cold food items like icecream, colddrink, banana. . Avoid curd. .Avoid fried food and fast food. .Take hot milk with 1/2 tsp turmeric.

Yoga- Anulomvilom, Bhastrika Other tips- . In case of sore throat 1.Gargle- Add a pinch of salt in hot water and gargle twice a day. 2. Use Kanthamrit vati 2 tab twice a day as lorenzes. . Apply lukewarm mustard oil or Vicks over the chest area at bedtime. .Avoid trigger factors like dust,cold wind,cold food,AC. .Steam inhalation twice a day. Follow these and you will get relief. തുമ്മൽ, മൂക്കൊലിപ്പ്, ഇതെല്ലാം ആര്‍ഭോപവാതം (allergic rhinitis) ലക്ഷണങ്ങള്‍ ആകാം. അയൂര്‍വേദത്തില്‍ വിപരീത സീസണങ്ങളിലെ ദോഷങ്ങളുടെ പ്രഭാവം കൂടി വരുമ്പോള്‍ ചികിത്സ നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു. പിതൃജ്വാരമായിരിക്കാന്‍ സാധ്യതയുണ്ടെങ്കിലും, കാരണം അറിയാന്‍ ശ്രദ്ധയോടെ കാഴ്ച്ചയാണ് അനിവാര്യപ്പെടുന്നത്.

എന്നാല്‍, ഇവയ്ക്കു ചില സാധാരണ ചികിത്സകള്‍ പരിശോധിക്കാം - തപ്ത ജലത്തിലെ മുലതി (licorice), വേബല്‍മ്മില് (holy basil) എന്നിവയുടെ കഷായം, തലോഡന്‍ കുറക്കാന്‍ സഹായിക്കും. നിന്ന്‌ കഴിക്കുന്നത് വിവരണത്തിനു പറ്റുന്ന രീതിവമ്മാരായിരിക്കും.
