Frequent Cold and Cough Episodes - Possible Sinusitis? - #44894

hello doctor i am having frequent episodes of cold and cough and running nose. especially taking cold drinks , whenever i eat at restaurants. occasionally head ache. i think it is sinusitis . is it treated?

When cold drinks, restaurant, foods or weather changes, trigger, running nose, cough, and mild headache again and again, it usually means the sinuses are filled with cold kapha and nose becomes over sensitive. This is a very common form of sinusitis and it settles well. Once the excess mucus is dried and the nasal passages become stronger.

Start Sithophaladi churna half teaspoon with honey twice daily Trikatu churna pinch with Laxmivilasa rasa Septillin One tablet each twice daily after food with warm water Drink turmeric milk Avoid cold drinks, Cure refrigerator food for few weeks Anu taila -one drop each nostril once daily Drink, boiled and cold turmeric milk daily Practice Pranayam meditation regularly
