Aapki beti ka asthma sambhavta dosha vichar se dekhe toh Kapha aur Vata doshon ka prabhav ho sakta hai. Yadi asthma itne samay se dikh raha hai, toh pehla kadam yeh hai ki hum uska dinacharya aur ahar-vihar ko sambhal kar, us par niyantran paane ki koshish karein.
Ahar: Uska ahar aise hona chahiye jo kapha-vata ko shant karein. Shaam takleef kam hote hi garam paani ka istemal karein, kyunki thandi cheezein kapha sandal kar sakti hain. Seetaphal, dahi, barf, ya processed foods se door raha jayein. Adrak, lahsun, black pepper, clove jese maasale ayurvedic roop se shreshtha hain, jo saaf karta hai aur shwas ko asan banata hai.
Dinacharya: Daily routine mein kuch samay jaldi subah uthne ka sambal karain, aur praanayaama jaise kapalbhati, anulom-vilom praxam karein. Yeh vata aur kapha ko shant karne ke liye asan hain. Thoda dhyaan dhyan bhi dalna uchit rahega, jisse stress nivaran ho.
Nasya: Nasya kriya mein kuch drops anu tail ke naak mein daalne se vata aur kapha dosh dono hi nasiyon ko swachh kar sakti hain. Iska avadh jedchand ek ayurveda chikitsak ke anushanshan mein kiya jaye.
Pathya-apathya: Thoda dhyaan deke uska jeewan yadi kuch badhk aur jalan wala ho toh usse door rhne ka praitan kare. Jese polluted jagah, dhool ya smog se door, jo saans lekarna thoda mushkil karte hain.
Agar iss anuyogar hue hone smasya thik nahi hoti hai prempy palya calne wale doctor ko dikhaye. Bimari jarah kharab karna nahi chahiye kyunki agar sahaj anuyogar na ho toh moze lifetime chikitsa sakta hai.
