6-year-old baccho me agar mustaqil khansi aur chest congestion ho, to ye shayad kapha dosha imbalance ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Pehle toh yeh maanna zaroori hai ki aise cases me kabhi kabar medical help lena zaroori ho sakta hai, kyonki infection ya koi serious health issue ho sakta hai, isliye agar bacha rahat mehsoos na kare toh doctor se turant consult karna chahiye.
Agar condition normal hai, to Ayurveda se kuch sujhav hain jo aap try kar sakte hain. Sabse pehle, bache ki diet pe dhyan de. Bhari aur thandi taseer wale khane se bachne ki koshish karein, jaise dahi, cheese aur cold drinks. Iske bajay, unko halka aur garam khana dene ki jitna ho sake koshish karein. Haldi aur tulsi bhee bachche ke liye upyogi hai. Haldi ka doodh ya tulsi aur honey ka syrup din me do baar dena labhdayak ho sakta hai.
Ise ke saath, steam inhalation karna chest congestion ke liye kaam aa sakta hai. Thoda neem ka patta ya ajwain paani me ubale aur bache ko iske steam lene de thoda waqt ke liye, yeh saans lene me madad kar sakta hai. Vikarara ko nashta hone se rokne ke liye bache ka sahi dincharya aur sahi rest zaroori hoti hai. Din bhar ke khel aur active lifestyle se unki energy balance rahti hai.
Yadi yeh remedies ek do din me koi behtar hasil dena shuru na karen ya bacha beemar mehsoos kare tab samay par medical attention lena zaroori hoga. Ayurveda additional madad kar sakti hai, lekin samay pe allopathic doctor ki salah lena bahut maayne rakhta hai jab zaroorat mehsoos ho.
