Aapke symptoms Vata aur Kapha dosha ki imbalance ki or sanket karte hain. Allergy wali sardi aur saans ka phoolna ya respiratory issues Kapha dosha ki vriddhi aur Vata dosha ki prakopa se ho sakte hain. Pehle pet ka saaf na hona aur pressure na ban paane ki samasya pitt-pradhana Vata dosha ki imbalance ke karan ho sakta hai, jisse digestive agni kamzor ho sakti hai.
Ayurveda ke anusar, aapke liye roz subah garam paani ke saath ek chammach honey lena labhdayak ho sakta hai. Ye Kapha dosha ko shant karne mein madad karta hai. Garam pani ke saath haldi aur adrak ki chai peena bhi faydemand ho sakta hai. Adrak apki respiratory path aur digestion ko sujhtasheel banane main madad karta hai.
Pet ka faydemand na hona aur pressure ka samasya ke liye, triphala churna rat ko sone se pehle garam pani ke saath le sakte hain. Ye aapke digestion ko sudharne aur bowel movements ko improve karne mein sahayak ho sakta hai.
Din bhar khane mein halka aur satvik bhojan le, jaise ki khichdi, dal aur sabji. Roughage yaani fiber se bharpoor aahar jaise sabut anaj lene se bhi pet saaf hone mei madad milegi.
Dhyan rakhein ki zyada oily aur junk foods se doori banaayein kyunki ye Kapha ko bada sakti hai. Yog aur pranayama jese anulom vilom or bhramari pranayam se saans ko sudhara jaa sakta hai.
Lekin in sab upaayon ko shuru karne se pehle, kisi varmik Ayurvedic doctor se mulaqat jaroori hai, kyunki wo aapke unique prakriti aur vikriti ke anusaar better samadhan de sakenge. Agar saans me dikkat hai, yaadi koi emergency lagta hai, toh turant medical attention lena zaroori hai.
